– Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment.

– We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed by problems out of our control, such as weather conditions or delays caused by a 3rd party.

– Tracking: Email containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

– Alternate address: If there is any change in shipping address, it should be mentioned by selecting this option in the delivery information section at checkout. By choosing an alternative address, all pending orders will be delivered to this new address.

– In case you do not receive your order within three working days from the delivery date promised by NamAnCraft, please contact our Customer Service at cs@namancraft.com and let us know.

International Shipping:

International shipping charges are mentioned on the invoice of order for your review. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location and circumstances. All international packages are shipped via EMS or DHL Express, from Monday to Friday. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days (with DHL Express) and 15-20 business day (with EMS economy shipping) upon being shipped from our store. Please note that international delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

Shipping cost is automatically covered shipping insurance against loss or damage during shipping. The carrier can also be held liable for loss caused as a result of damage or loss to goods, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transport for which delivery notice is confirmed by the carrier. Depending on whether the damage is major or minor, the customer may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement which is made at the discretion of Nam An Craft

We do our best to offer you the best cost of your package. However, for some shipments delivered outside Vietnam, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.

 Domestic Shipping:

We will ship your order the most secure and economical way, unless you request a particular method of shipment.

Most orders will be shipped using EMS. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

If you have at least one item in your cart that requires special shipping or large shipments and heavy items, you can contact our Customer Service to discuss the shipping method prior to your order being shipped.

 Click and Collect:

Click & Collect is available when ordering online. On checking out, you will need to select “Click & Collect” as your delivery option. You can then collect from our Nam An Arts & Crafts store 158 Bach Dang, Da Nang, Vietnam.  An email will be sent to you to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

When you arrive at the store to pick up your order, please bring a copy of your Order Confirmation email (printed or digital) and a valid, government issued photo ID that matches the cardholder’s name you use to make payment for your order.
