What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit Card Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and others).
PayPal Payment
If you have a PAYPAL account you can use this to pay for your order quickly and easily.
Note: NamAnCraft site doesn’t store credit card information itself. Instead, it’s integrated with reliable payment gateways such as PayPal.
Bank Transfer
You may make payments for your order direct to our bank account by bank transfer (BACS) or SWIFT payment. Kindly note that in this case your order will be shipped after deposit confirmation.
Note: In the “description” field of the bank transfer payment, please make sure to include “ Your invoice number(s)” so that we can credit the correct account.

Which shipping method do you offer?
All orders are shipped using DHL Express and EMS Economy Shipping. We ship worldwide with professional packing
– DHL Express usually takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive after being shipped from our store.
– EMS Economy Shipping takes 15 to 20 business days to arrive after being shipped from our store.
Shipping time does not include processing time (typically 24-48 hours). All orders ship from Da Nang (Vietnam) or California (USA). Orders are processed and shipped during business days only. (Business days refer to Monday-Friday)
Is my credit card secure?
All payments are processed through our authorized retailer 2Checkout Inc., the world’s foremost e-commerce expert. Your payments are processed entirely on the Secure Online Transaction System operated by 2Checkout. Your credit card details are not received or stored by Nam An Craft in any form.
Customers who buy through 2Checkout.com are shopping on a secure server that encrypts credit card information and passwords. This makes it extremely difficult, if not impossible, for a third party to access or use your personal information in an unauthorized manner. 2Checkout has developed its service with security as a top priority. They use firewalls to prevent access to information in the system, and Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt your personal information and protect it from disclosure, destruction, modification, or use.
What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We want you to be entirely delighted with your purchase from Nam An Craft! If, upon receipt of your order, you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have a full 30 days to return your item for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges).
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. Please read our detailed Returns Page before sending your return.
Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Sorry, at this time our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses so you will need to provide a street address. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay shipment of your items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, We currently ship to more than 160 countries
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, tariffs and fees. These vary from country to country.
How can I change my order or cancel it after it has been placed?
In the event that you want to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Here at Nam An Craft we pride ourselves on processing and shipping orders quickly
What is Your Return Policy?
Nam An Craft will gladly accept your return within 30 days of delivery. In order to qualify for a refund, returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. Please read the details of the Return Policy on our Returns page before sending your return.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please send us your return, according to the return policy. Once refunded or given store credit, you may then place a new order.
Return of orders received as a gift: Please contact us so that we can locate the order number before returning the item. You may return the item according to the return policy. You will be issued a store credit to be used for another purchase.

Why are craft editions products only in limited quantities?
The ethos behind Nam An Craft is to work closely with craftspeople and to sell pieces in limited quantities. The nature of bespoke hand crafted objects is that they are time consuming and often highly individual. Items for sale on our website can vary from unique one off pieces to limited runs of up to for example 50 items.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our collections it is possible that items are occasionally out of stock. In such cases we will aim to advise you of the out of stock as soon as possible and an expected back in stock date.
Why is the item that has been delivered slightly different to the image on the web site?
Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of the items in our collection there can be small variations in each piece. This is to be celebrated, as it is part of the inherent character of handmade pieces. It may mean the item that has been delivered to you is slightly different to the image on the website.
How do I track my order?
If you have a valid email address on your account, you will receive a “Your Order has been shipped” email once your order has been despatched from our warehouse.
If you have not received this email you may want to check that it is not in your spam/junk folder.
We will send you an email with your unique consignment/parcel number and a clickable link which will take you directly to the carrier’s website to track your parcels journey.
