How can I change my order or cancel it after it has been placed?
In the event that you want to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Here at Nam An Craft we pride ourselves on processing and shipping orders quickly
What is Your Return Policy?
Nam An Craft will gladly accept your return within 30 days of delivery. In order to qualify for a refund, returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. Please read the details of the Return Policy on our Returns page before sending your return.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please send us your return, according to the return policy. Once refunded or given store credit, you may then place a new order.
Return of orders received as a gift: Please contact us so that we can locate the order number before returning the item. You may return the item according to the return policy. You will be issued a store credit to be used for another purchase.

Why are craft editions products only in limited quantities?
The ethos behind Nam An Craft is to work closely with craftspeople and to sell pieces in limited quantities. The nature of bespoke hand crafted objects is that they are time consuming and often highly individual. Items for sale on our website can vary from unique one off pieces to limited runs of up to for example 50 items.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our collections it is possible that items are occasionally out of stock. In such cases we will aim to advise you of the out of stock as soon as possible and an expected back in stock date.
Why is the item that has been delivered slightly different to the image on the web site?
Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of the items in our collection there can be small variations in each piece. This is to be celebrated, as it is part of the inherent character of handmade pieces. It may mean the item that has been delivered to you is slightly different to the image on the website.
How do I track my order?
If you have a valid email address on your account, you will receive a “Your Order has been shipped” email once your order has been despatched from our warehouse.
If you have not received this email you may want to check that it is not in your spam/junk folder.
We will send you an email with your unique consignment/parcel number and a clickable link which will take you directly to the carrier’s website to track your parcels journey.
